The room at Victorian Lodge was cosy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The lodge stayed wonderfully cool in the summer, and we enjoyed sipping local wine on the outside terrace. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

One morning, we were disappointed to find no bread for toast and no English tea during breakfast. However, we made do with a croissant each and some juice and coffee.

The lodge stayed comfortably cool in the summer, and the outside terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy wine from a local winery. The hosts were lovely and exceptionally helpful, creating a serene and quiet atmosphere. The room itself was tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. it was a mind-blowing experience and we will definitely return if we're back in the area.
